  I have been to several Riu Hotels and this is my favourite. I cannot find any fault or have experienced any difficulties.

  Second visit, staying 28 days. Absolutely delightful Hotel and staff. Food, wonderful choice, something to please everyone. Great wine selection, and an exciting range of cocktails. Accommodation well presented with large rooms, comfortable beds.

  Low professional staff and direction. They did a disaster on New year's eve organization ofr dinner and celebration paety on 31 dic/2017.They are saying that they sold more seats than what was available, this is what they are saying to people that booked previously in a very low manner and unprofessional way, the director did not have any idea on what was going on, just out of the moon and also shouted at us.

  Exceptionally helpful staff in reception and elsewhere. Very clean and well kept. Rooms are spacious with great views. Food is great. A rich selection of fruits and vegetables suitable for vegetarians. Mostly visited by pensioners but we went as a family with a young child and had a great time. Great value. Highly recommend.

  Had a week here just before Christmas. Absolutely lovely hotel, kept spotlessly clean by the very attentive and friendly staff. Nothing at all to complain about. Reception and bar staff exceptionally helpful during our stay. We don't really do buffet dinning as we prefer to eat out but there's plenty of choice and it's not too hectic. We did eat out on a couple of occasions. Just along the road there are a few restaurants. We tried Oliver's where we had a lovely meal at a reasonable price. A very friendly place, if we'd have been there longer we'd have been a few more times. It made a nice change from the buffet evening meal.

  Stayed for a week in June/July 2017. Really peaceful location on the edge of town with a free shuttle bus into the town centre every day except Sunday. Rooms and bathrooms were good size, well furnished and well cleaned. Staff were really friendly and helpful, and when I had a problems with the electricity in my room someone came to fix it in under 5 minutes. Food was decent, if a little repetitive and drink prices were ok (happy hour in the bar early evening). Would definitely check out this chain again as a result of staying here.

  We booked for 10 people and then on 28 dic. they are telling us that there isn't anymore space available for us, so we remained without our new year party.Just a bunch of liars and with a bad attitude. The receptionist boss hang up the phone when I called him and afterward when I went there he told me that the phone falled on the floor, without calling me back again.... Just liars.
